Kenneth (Ken) A. Heiliger - President

Ken's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Business Administration degree from East Tennessee State University.

He has been a commercial real estate agent since 1988 and specializes in office properties. A significant portion of his portfolio of work is in office condominium sales and buyer/tenant representation of dental and medical professionals. Ken is a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors.

Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Ken spent nine years in the automotive industry with TRW, Inc. working in several areas as a sales engineer, product design engineer, quality control engineer and quality control management.

He is very active in the community serving on the Board of Managers at the Siskey Family YMCA. Ken was the Board Chairman in 2003 received the Charlotte YMCA George Williams award for the outstanding volunteer at the Siskey Family Branch that same year. He also served on the volunteer board at Matthews Athletic and Recreation Association and spent many years coaching youth sports.

David (Dave) D. Heiliger - Vice President

Dave's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from Purdue University and numerous hours of commercial real estate related course work.

He has been a commercial real estate agent in the greater Charlotte market since 1985. Dave served on the Board of Directors of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors during its inaugural year in 1994. He has many years of experience in the areas of buyer/tenant representation, developer representation, and landlord /seller representation.

Before pursuing a career in commercial real estate Dave spent nearly eight years working for Eastman Kodak Company and Gorham/Textron in various sales and marketing positions.

He has been involved in the community since his arrival in Charlotte. Over the years he has been a member of various service organizations including the Queen City Optimist Club, St. Gabriel's Men's Club, and the Harris YMCA youth sports program. As his two children grew older Dave has been a youth basketball coach, an adult leader in the Boy Scouts of America, a youth sports volunteer, and an active member in a high school marching band booster club.

Ken and Dave are dedicated to applying their sixty plus years combined of business and life experiences to the benefit of Heiliger Associates clients.
